My ideal client believes that brand is essential to growth. They're not just looking for a quick marketing fix. They know that without a clear, compelling, and consistent brand, everything else becomes harder, marketing, sales, visibility, even hiring.

Get to know the brand strategist bringing big brand strategy to small businesses.

You don't need to be everywhere, you just need to be consistent with how you show up, what you say, and how you say it. That's what builds trust. That's what builds brands.

The Bold Idea That Made Ciara Siegel Unstoppable

I made the unconventional choice to only offer marketing strategy after I'd helped a client get clear on their brand. Standing by that conviction has led to better results for my clients and a reputation for clarity people can actually use.

The Smartest Risk She Ever Took

My smartest risk: Walking away from work that looked impressive on paper, big-name brands, award-winning projects, and constant momentum, to build a business I could shape intentionally and grow on my own terms.

Founders Share The Messaging Mistake That Slows Down Growth

Early on, I underplayed my corporate ad agency background and the global brands I'd worked with, thinking it might feel intimidating or irrelevant to smaller businesses. In reality, that experience was exactly what clients found appealing. Now, it's at the center of my positioning.

Award-winning work

I've been lucky enough to work on award-winning campaigns alongside brilliant teams during my agency years at Saatchi & Saatchi. A few of the highlights:

For Your Consideration

Women in Film, a nonprofit advocacy organization, wanted to make sure women in the industry had jobs to come back to after the COVID shutdowns. We took Hollywood's awards-season phrase "For Your Consideration" and reframed it. Not for an award. For a job.

Law Syndrome

NDSS believes it isn't Down syndrome holding their community back. It's antiquated laws. So we named the real problem: Law Syndrome. To make Congress see it, we opened C21, the first restaurant entirely run by people with Down syndrome. The name nodded to the 21st chromosome that defines the community, not its limits. We opened in Washington D.C. the night before Congress returned to session and invited senators and lawmakers as guests, without telling them what was in store. The evening was flawless. The bill arrived with the final ask: "The bill is on us. Changing the law is on you." Less than three months later, the ABLE to Work Act became law.

How Do You See Me?

For World Down Syndrome Day, we created a campaign for CoorDown, Italy's national organization for people with Down syndrome. The film was narrated by a young woman with Down syndrome describing the life she sees herself having, depicted on screen by actress Olivia Wilde. The metaphor asked the world to see people with Down syndrome as they see themselves: as daughters, sisters, best friends, partners, and ordinary people with important, meaningful, beautiful lives.

Hush Little Baby

Pampers wanted to invite more people into its commitment to improving babies' lives. We rewrote "Hush Little Baby," one of America's most beloved lullabies, turning each line from a parent's promise into a pledge from someone in baby's wider world: doctors, neighbors, grandparents, and beyond. The campaign launched as #betterforbaby.
