The strategy that ignites your next stage of growth.
Go from scattered messaging and reactive marketing to a clear brand and a plan your team can run with.
Sound familiar?
You've got the brand foundations down. What you don't have is a marketing strategy pulling it all together.
Have people helping execute your marketing (an agency, contractors, an EA), but no one connecting the dots strategically
Built a brand that made sense when you started, but it hasn't kept up with where the business is now
Are making marketing decisions on the fly and hoping they add up to something coherent
Have a website, social, email, and ads that each tell a slightly different version of your story
Are tired of marketing feeling like an expensive guessing game
Your marketing execution is only as good as the strategy holding it together. Right now, that strategy doesn't exist.
Dreaming of a roadmap for your brand that gets you where you want to go?
Your brand catches up to where the business is today, with room to grow into where you're going.
What makes your brand yours, what you do, why it matters, how it's different, finally lives in a document instead of just in your head.
Anyone who touches your brand is finally singing from the same song sheet.
You have a 30/60/90 day roadmap with focused objectives, real KPIs, and the channels worth showing up on.
That website refresh you've been putting off, those social posts you keep rewriting in your head, the email overhaul you know you need: they all get easier because you finally have the language and strategy to actually do them.
You finally get to focus on running the business, not figuring out how to talk about it.
Introducing
The Brand Ignition Plan
The Brand Ignition Plan is the done-for-you experience where ambitious founders come to align their brand and marketing strategy. Over 6-8 weeks, we'll articulate your brand foundations, build your 30/60/90 day marketing roadmap, and follow through with 30 days of Slack support to set it all in motion.
Ready to ignite your growth?
Whether you're rebranding, scaling, or launching with strategy in place from day one, this is the right service for you if:
This is for you if:
Your brand has outgrown what you started with. Maybe you DIY'd it. Maybe the business has evolved past it. Either way, the foundation needs to catch up.
You're rebranding, evolving, or shifting direction, and you want your brand and marketing to reflect what's next.
You're ready to put 6-8 weeks of focused collaboration into getting this right.
You have execution help (an EA, contractors, an agency) or you're ready to hire for it, but no strategist is guiding the work.
You see strategy as fuel for growth, and you're ready to run with the plan once it's in your hands.
This is not for you if:
You just want me to take a look at your brand and channels and tell you what's working, what's not, and what to focus on next. The Brand Checkup is built for that.
You've already built brand foundations with me and just need a marketing strategy. Position to Win is your next step.
You want someone to execute the plan for you. This isn't execution. We build the strategy; you (or your team) run it. If you need help with execution on specific pieces, we have trusted partners we can connect you with.
Why Now?
This week your brand feels reactive — next week it doesn’t have to •
This week your brand feels reactive — next week it doesn’t have to •
Without brand and marketing strategy locked in, you're trying to scale without knowing how to get there.
Your team (agency, contractors, EA) is executing without a shared playbook. Each person interprets your brand differently, and the inconsistency is showing up across your channels.
Marketing decisions are reactive instead of strategic. You're choosing tactics in the moment, but they're not building toward anything.
The brand you started with hasn't caught up to where the business is now. The gap is holding back how you show up, sell, and scale.
Align your brand and marketing strategy. Then your team has a plan they can run with.
Meet Brand Ignition Grad Caitlin.
How Non Toxic Homes went from execution without strategy to brand and marketing finally moving as one.
“The biggest shift for me has honestly been feeling like the business finally reflects the level of expertise and intention behind the brand. Before, I felt like I had valuable information and products, but the customer journey and messaging didn’t fully communicate that. Now the brand feels significantly more elevated, clearer, more strategic, and more scalable. I also feel WAY more confident directing people to the website, more confident in the brand voice, and every time content or emails are aligned with the brand strategy + implementation plan I see success.”

CLIENT
LOVE
How It Works
The Brand Ignition Plan typically runs 6-8 weeks (exact pacing depends on mutual availability, scheduling, and any vacations along the way). And to add even more fuel to the fire, I partner with digital marketing strategist and product founder Andrea Garcia. She's involved from your first call to your final handoff.
The Kindling
Setting the fire before we light it.
You'll get a short onboarding checklist that gets us ready to start. The biggest piece is your pre-call questionnaire, where you walk us through your business, your goals, your current channels, and what you're hoping the engagement will unlock. You'll also get Slack access from the start, so we can stay close throughout the engagement, not just at our scheduled meetings.
The Spark
Where the strategy starts.
On paper this sounds like a discovery call, but a lot of our clients describe it as 90 minutes of brand therapy. By this point, you've done the hardest work just by filling out the questionnaire and committing to doing this work. Now, all you have to do is show up ready for a great conversation: walk us through what you're navigating, what you want, what's been on your mind. We come prepared, ready to go deeper on the places we flagged. By the end, we'll be ready to help you shape and sort all of it.
Build Sessions 1, 2, 3
Where your Brand Bible takes shape.
About five business days after the Spark, we begin reviewing your draft together. I'm doing the writing; you just need to show up and give me your thoughts. Across three focused 1:1 sessions, we work through each component: refining language, sharpening positioning, building messaging that fits your voice. You walk away with a Brand Bible articulated in language you can use across your website, your marketing, and your team.
The Strategy
Your organic digital marketing strategy, walked through and refined.
Andrea presents your Digital Action Plan: market and competitive analysis, channel strategy, content pillars, funnel, KPIs, and more. We walk through it together in a working session and refine in real time.
The Roadmap
Your implementation plan, walked through and refined.
We walk through your 12-month Implementation Plan: immediate quick wins, short-term moves, medium-term plays, long-term work. By the end, you have a working checklist your team can run.
45-minute strategy session
The Launch Window
Where the strategy starts moving.
Your Slack access continues for 30 days after our final meeting, so you have us in real time as you start putting the plan into motion. Feedback, voice notes, brainstorms, troubleshooting, whatever helps.
The Torch Pass
Where we pass the strategic torch to you.
You'll get an offboarding checklist so you feel completely set as we close out the work. This is the moment we pass the strategic torch to you. By now, you have the brand, the strategy, the roadmap, and the confidence to propel your business forward into its next phase.
The Investment
The Brand Ignition Plan Is $4,900
It's for founders who see strategy as fuel for growth. You're investing in your brand foundation, an aligned digital marketing strategy, your implementation plan, and the partnership to make sure it all moves.
Flexible payment plans available, up to 4 monthly installments of $1,225.
Optional add-on: the Channel Audit is priced separately, based on the scope of channels you want us to dig into.
FAQs
-
The Sprint is brand foundations only. The Brand Ignition Plan does brand foundations PLUS your digital marketing strategy and a 12-month implementation plan. If you only need brand strategy, the Sprint is your fit. If you want both brand and marketing aligned and moving together, this is it.
-
This is one I hear often, and it's worth getting strategic eyes on what you have done so far. The Brand Checkup is built for this exact question. I’ll review your current foundations alongside your channels and marketing, then tell you honestly what's working, what's missing, and what to focus on next. If the Brand Ignition Plan turns out to be the right move from there, you'll get a $500 credit toward it.
-
Yes, as long as you have a product or service ready to launch soon and can give us enough to work with. We've done the Brand Ignition Plan with pre-launch clients who wanted to enter their launch with brand foundations and a marketing strategy already locked in. They've loved being able to step into launch day with a plan instead of scrambling to figure out what to say or do in the moment.
-
Our work is industry agnostic. We've worked across product and service businesses, with experience that spans a wide range of categories. If you're curious about your specific situation, we can talk it through on an alignment call.
-
No. My work is brand and marketing strategy. The Brand Ignition Plan gives you the strategic foundation: brand language, positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy. When it's time to bring it to life visually (logo, website, identity system), I'll connect you with trusted designers I work with regularly who can take the strategic work and build it into something beautiful.
-
I lead the brand foundations side: your Brand Bible, positioning, messaging, all the strategic pieces of who you are. Andrea leads the digital strategy and implementation plan side: channels, content pillars, KPIs, and the 12-month roadmap. We're both involved from the Spark to the Torch Pass, so you get continuity across the whole engagement plus the depth of two strategists each working in our zone.
-
Plan on about 1 to 3 hours a week. Most of that is in our scheduled working sessions; the rest is light async work like filling out your questionnaire, reading drafts between sessions, and the occasional Slack thread. Some weeks are lighter, some heavier depending on where we are in the process.
-
Not a problem. The Brand Ignition Plan is built to work whether you have a team, you're a solo founder, or you're somewhere in between. The implementation plan is structured so you can run it yourself, hand pieces off to contractors as you grow, or hire help later. If you do want help with execution after we wrap, I have trusted partners I can connect you with.
-
Yes, you can extend Slack access beyond the initial 30 days for a flat fee. We've also had clients book a follow-up audit 6-12 months after our engagement to check on implementation and recalibrate, or come back for a Brand Checkup when they want a strategic look at how things are landing. Once you've worked with me, you're not on your own.
