Go from carrying your brand in your head to sharp positioning and messaging that's ready to use, in 8 guided weeks alongside fellow builders.
Build the strategic foundation your brand needs to grow, whether you're starting fresh or refining what you've already built.
Be first in line when it launches, at founding pricing.
Sound familiar?
You know your business deeply. What you do, who it's for, what makes it different. The problem is that all of it lives in your head.
The Brand Builders Bootcamp is for you if you:
Have an intuitive sense of your brand but have never sat down and put it on paper
Have outgrown what you wrote when you launched (or never wrote anything in the first place)
Are tired of fumbling through the elevator pitch and wish you had cleaner answers
Are a strong self-starter who takes direction well, but would rather have a clear framework and real examples than start from a blank page
Want your brand to sound unmistakably like you, but need the right guidance to get it there
Have started this work before and want the structure, accountability, and a defined timeframe to finally get it finished
Are showing up more (content, networking, speaking, sales calls) and the lack of clear messaging is starting to slow you down
Every week you don't have this nailed down is another week of rewriting the same Instagram caption, second-guessing the same About page, and wondering why your messaging never quite lands.
Dreaming of a brand that finally sounds like you?
Imagine nailing the elevator pitch the next time someone asks what you do. Or sitting down to write your bio, your About page, your next email pitch, and knowing exactly what to say without starting from scratch. Or walking into a sales call, a podcast interview, a networking event with the right words already in your back pocket.
When you finish the Bootcamp, you feel:
Lighter because everything that's been swirling in your head now lives in a document you can come back to again and again
Clearer on who you serve, what makes you different, and the words to use for both
Confident showing up in any room, on any platform, in any conversation
Faster with content, copy, briefing collaborator; it all takes less time
Aligned because the way you talk about your brand finally matches the business you've built
Proud that you took such an active role in shaping how your brand shows up, you finally did the thing, and what's out in the world feels right
Introducing
The Brand Builders Bootcamp
Take what's in your head and turn it into clear messaging and sharp positioning.
Have you ever wished you had an expert by your side, giving you the frameworks, the examples, and the detailed feedback, so your brand could finally feel distinct, well positioned, and clearly articulated?
That's what the Brand Builders Bootcamp is for.
With a clear framework, detailed feedback on your drafts, and a group of fellow builders working beside you, you'll build every essential piece of your brand foundation and walk away with a complete Brand Bible.
This is the work that makes everything else easier.

Think you might be ready to get to work?
Don’t worry there’s no push-ups, no drill sergeants, no 5am wake-ups. The Bootcamp is named for the structure it brings, not the intensity. The work is paced, thoughtful, and done together.
This is for you if:
Are pre-launch, just getting going, or decades established. Any stage works here
Know what you're selling in real detail: what it includes, how it works, who it's for, and what it costs. You don't need to have launched yet, but those details need to be settled
Want structure, accountability, and weekly touchpoints to finally get your brand foundation done
Are open to drafting your brand foundation yourself, with guidance, examples, and feedback shaping your work
Like the idea of hearing how others are working through the same questions each week
Can commit around 2 to 3 hours a week over the 8 weeks
This is not for you if:
Want to hand the writing off entirely. I'll challenge your thinking, suggest rewrites, and get in there with you on the lines that aren't working, but the first draft and the substance come from you
Are looking for a quick tactical fix, a logo, a website refresh, a content plan, rather than the strategic foundation those things get built on
Aren't comfortable bringing your questions to a group live call or our shared Slack space
Why Now?
Your brand is still only living in your head •
Your brand is still only living in your head •
Every week without this locked down, you're carrying your brand in your head instead of in a document you can use.
You're explaining your brand differently every time you show up: content, networking, sales calls. When your audience can't track what you stand for, confusion dilutes trust.
Every inconsistency costs you. Instagram bio doesn't match your website. About page doesn't match your pitch. And if someone can't repeat what you do in a sentence, they can't refer you to anyone either.
You rewrite the same intro every time you need it. A bio, a pitch, a post, each one slightly different. Add the brand courses you didn't finish and the half-filled Google docs, and starting from scratch has already cost you more than writing it down once would.
Meanwhile, anyone weighing you against a few other options will go with whoever they understood fastest. Every week your messaging isn't clear and distinct is a week you're easy to overlook.
Finish it once. Stop restarting.

A Peek Inside The Brand Builders Bootcamp
Here's everything that's included:
I'll give you the materials to draft every element, and you'll get detailed feedback from me on what you write. Plus a small group of fellow brand builders working on their own brands right alongside you. But all of it is building toward one thing: a finished Brand Bible. The strategic compass for every word you write, every marketing decision you make, and every conversation you have about your brand.
-
The strategic foundation for your brand. Inside:
Mission: Why your business exists and what it's setting out to do
Values: What you stand for, and the principles that guide how you make decisions and show up in your work
Brand Personality: The character of your brand. How it sounds, feels, and shows up. The vibe, the tone, the voice, the style
Target Audience: A clear picture of who you're talking to, what they need, and what makes them say yes
Emotional Benefits: How your customer feels when they work with you. The "this is exactly what I've been needing" reasons, written as language you can actually use
Rational Benefits: The practical, provable reasons someone chooses you. What they get, what they save, what they avoid
Core Functionality: A simple one-line summary of what your business actually does. Built for social bios, footer copy, and quick "what do you do?" answers
Brand Story. Long-form and short-form versions, written so you have your story ready for your About page, podcast bios, press features, networking intros, wherever you need it
Brand in a Sentence: Your go-to one-liner. The line you want people to remember after they hear about your business
Elevator Pitch: The conversational version, ready to use at networking events, intro calls, podcast intros, and anywhere you introduce yourself out loud
Positioning Statement: A concise description of how your product or service stands out in the market

Everything you need to write each piece, and to know when it's right. A short video for each element, real examples, before-and-afters showing what changed, the mistakes to avoid, and a checklist for each one so you're never guessing whether it's ready.
The Brand Builders Bootcamp Workbook. Where you draft, refine, and document each piece as you go. It holds the prompts, the guidance, and the space for the messy drafts before the finished product.
Four rounds of detailed feedback on your drafts. At four points in the program you send me your work, and I read it properly and write back on every piece: what's working, what isn't, and where I'd push you further. If something needs another pass, you revise and send it back to me.
Builders Hour: The Weekly Live Group Call. A standing weekly call that starts with a short teaching moment from me (often pulled from what's coming up in Slack or a real brand worth looking at), then opens into hot seat coaching, feedback, and Q&A. Show up live, or watch the replay.
Our private Slack space. Where we stay connected between calls. Bring your questions as they come up, share your progress and your wins, and get a quick gut-check from me along the way.
Your accountability tracker. A shared doc that lays out what to work on and when, keeps track of what you've done, and holds every link you need in one place. You'll always know exactly where you are and what's next.
1:1 Final Brand Bible Blessing Call. A dedicated one-on-one call at the end of the program to walk through your completed Brand Bible together and give it the final seal of approval.

The Investment
The Brand Builders Bootcamp is $997,
as a founding Brand Builder.
If you've added up what you've already spent on the brand courses, abandoned drafts, and "I'll come back to this" tabs, you already know what trying to do this alone costs. $997 to actually finish it. Eight weeks of guided work, a complete Brand Bible, and the strategic foundation for everything that comes next.
Here's the deal: I'm opening this to the first ten founding Brand Builders at this rate. In return, I'm asking for three things: that you finish, that you give me honest feedback along the way, and that if you have a great experience, you'd share that in a testimonial. You get founding pricing and your brand strategy and messaging finally done. I get ten committed builders helping shape this into something even better for everyone who comes next.
After the first ten, the price goes to $1,497.
Join the list and be first in line for one of the ten founding spots.
FAQs
-
Your full Brand Bible: a working document with your complete strategic foundation (Mission, Values, Brand Personality, Emotional Benefits, Rational Benefits, Core Functionality, Brand Story, Brand in a Sentence, Elevator Pitch, Target Audience, and Positioning Statement). Refined with expert feedback throughout the program and ready to use across your website, marketing, content, and everything else you put your brand on. See the Peek Inside section above for the full breakdown.
-
You'll do the drafting yourself, but never from a blank page. For every element you get a short video, real examples, before-and-afters showing exactly what changed, and prompts to get you started. You draft in your workbook, and once you're happy with a piece, it moves into your Brand Bible.
At four points along the way, you send me your drafts and I write back with detailed feedback on each one. Sometimes that's suggestions worth considering. Sometimes it's a specific ask to revise and send it back. Either way, you keep moving while it's happening.
-
Inside the program, I walk you through the best ways to use AI for this work and the ways not to. The short version: AI can't build your brand for you. The strategic thinking and the voice that makes your brand yours have to come from you. But there are specific places where AI can speed up your process and stretch your thinking, and I'll show you exactly where and how.
-
First, I don't call this a course and I don't think of it as one. You're not consuming content. You're building the positioning and messaging you'll use for your brand every day.
Second, you're not doing it alone. Throughout the program you send me your drafts and I write back with detailed feedback on every piece. Most courses hand you a template and wish you luck.
Third, this is the same foundation work that billion-dollar brands rely on, rebuilt to work for a business your size. Same strategic rigor, without the bloated timelines and the hundred-page decks.
-
Four rounds of detailed written feedback across the program. You send me your drafts, I read them properly, and I write back on each piece: what's working, what isn't, and where I'd push you further. If something needs another pass, you revise and send it back to me.
Alongside that, you can bring whatever you're stuck on to the Builders Hour weekly call for discussion, and Slack is there in between for quicker async questions. Then we finish with the 1:1 Blessing Call, where we go through your completed Brand Bible together.
-
No. Builders Hour is optional but worth showing up for.
The first half hour is live teaching from me. That might be something I've seen a brand doing well lately, or a question I've been getting a lot. None of it is required to do your own work, so if you miss it, you haven't missed anything you need.
The second half is yours. Bring whatever you're working on for feedback, ask whatever's on your mind, and hear how other brand builders are working through the same questions.
The program is built so you can finish without ever showing up live. Replays go up afterward, and the materials, your workbook, and your reviews get you to a finished Brand Bible either way.
-
Around 2 to 3 hours a week, spread across watching the videos, drafting in your workbook, and refining what you've written. It varies by person and by week. Some elements need more thinking and you'll spend longer on them. Others move quickly. You decide when and how much within each week.
-
Eight weeks is deliberately spacious for this kind of work. I used to guide clients through the same process in a single three-hour session with a follow-up review, and what I learned is that brand decisions benefit from time. Time to think, sleep on things, and let ideas settle before you commit to them.
If you have more time, you can move faster. If you need every week of the eight, the structure holds that too. Your tracker includes example schedules for different rhythms of work, whether you've got big blocks of time or you're squeezing it in between client work.
You're also not pacing yourself alone. I can see your tracker, which means I know where you are and can hold you to it when you need me to.
Eight weeks is your access window. If life gets in the way and you need longer, you can extend it, and we'll sort that out together.
-
A pivot you've already made is one of the best reasons to do this work. New direction, new audience, and the language you had doesn't fit anymore. That's exactly what this is for.
A pivot you're still deciding on is different. If you're weighing two directions, you'd be building messaging for a business that's about to change underneath you. Better to settle that first, then come do this.
Complexity on its own isn't a problem. What matters is whether you know what you're selling in enough detail to write about it.
-
On time. Two to three hours a week is genuinely all this takes. And it's worth being honest about what you're already spending: the rewriting, the second-guessing, starting from scratch every time you need to describe your business. This gives you back more time than it costs you.
If you look at your calendar and you truly can't find two hours a week over the next couple of months, wait. Come back when you can give it that, and it'll be worth more to you.
On talent. You don't need to be a great writer to do this well. For every element of your brand foundations, you get the framework, real examples for inspiration, and prompts to get you moving when you're staring at the page. Then you get my detailed feedback on what you've written, which is where a decent draft becomes a good one.
In my experience, it's usually not a lack of talent that makes this work feel intimidating, it's not knowing what to say yet. Once my framework shows you what belongs in a mission statement, writing one gets a lot easier.
If this type of program still doesn't feel like you, I do take on a small number of 1:1 clients where I do the writing. It's a different engagement at a different price and I only take a few at a time. Email me and we'll talk.
-
Right now, the Bootcamp is in pre-launch, so the first step is getting on the waitlist. Just add your name and email, it takes about a minute. When it launches, you'll be first to get the enroll link, and the first ten founding Brand Builders lock in founding pricing.
-
Yes. Come back to me and we'll work out what makes sense. Sometimes that's a short session to talk something through while you're implementing. Sometimes it's a Brand Checkup, a proper look at how your brand is landing across your website, social, email, and anywhere else you've rolled it out.
-
No. The Bootcamp is brand strategy and messaging foundation work. I don't design logos, build visual identity systems, or build websites.
What this does is make that work a lot easier when you get to it. Most good designers will ask you for exactly this before they start: what your brand stands for, who it's for, how it should feel. Coming to them with it already sorted means what they build is aligned with your strategy rather than a guess at it.
And I'm happy to connect you with designers and developers I trust.
-
Naming isn't part of the Bootcamp, but I do offer it as a separate engagement: Name It & Claim It. If you need a new brand name, podcast title, offer name, or a tagline, that's a standalone project we can scope together.
-
Bring them in. Doing this work with the person you built the business with is often better than doing it alone. It surfaces the places you see things differently, and you've got me there to help you work through them.
One thing to know: a spot covers one brand and one Slack seat. You'll both work on the same Brand Bible, one of you sends it in for review, and you're both welcome on the weekly calls and the final Blessing Call.
Wondering who's running this bootcamp?
I take the strategy and frameworks that billion-dollar brands rely on and ditch the bloated timelines, buzzwords, and 100-page PDFs. What's left is brand clarity you can actually use: messaging that clicks, strategy that works, and a brand that finally feels like you.
I'm a Brand & Marketing Strategist with over 15 years of experience helping businesses grow, from global giants like Pampers, Godiva, and TikTok to the small business owners and solopreneurs building something of their own.
The Brand Builders Bootcamp is where I work with self-starters who want to build their brand foundations themselves, with the structure, examples, and feedback to actually finish what they start.
You've been carrying this brand in your head long enough. Time to finally get it on paper.
Be first in line when it launches, at founding pricing.
