1. Starting Line
Once you book, we'll agree on a start date. From there, you'll begin to get access to:

An invite to our shared Slack channel
A scheduling link for your Kickoff
2. The Kickoff Week 1
A 60-minute discovery call where we go deep on your business, your audience, your competition, your vision, and the brand you're building. From here, I have what I need to draft your foundation.
3. The Sprints Weeks 1–3
About five business days after the Kickoff, we begin reviewing your draft together. I'm doing the writing; you just need to show up and give me your thoughts. Across three focused 1:1 sessions, we work through each component: refining language, sharpening positioning, building messaging that fits your voice. Slack stays open between sessions for quick questions, async feedback, and the in-between moments.
4. The Finish Line End of Week 3
Your finalized Brand Bible, ready to use. The Quick Reference Guide is built in, so you know exactly how to put everything into practice from day one.
